When people's coping skills are insufficient, crisis moments may occur from time to time. Thoughts of harming oneself or someone else, distorted perception of reality, sudden bursts of emotion, etc. can be considered as major emergencies.

In such situations, you may need to see a specialist quickly. If you think you are in a crisis, you can reach the PDCC team during office hours (8.30-17.45).
